Get ready to try something spectacular this weekend.

We’re popping the corks on our new arrivals from Austria’s Rennersistas—and you’re invited to taste.

Siblings Stefanie and Georg Renner farm biodynamically in the heart of Burgenland, crafting natural wines with uncompromised purity. Over the past decade, they’ve quietly become one of Central Europe’s most important estates—a benchmark for what low-intervention winemaking can achieve.

On the table this Saturday:

• Intergalactic — a luminous skin-contact orange with a weightless texture and electric citrus lift.
• Superglitzer — a chillable, juicy red bursting with crunchy fruit and pure drinkability.
• PIN-OH! Noir — elegant, precise, and likely to rearrange a few opinions.

We’ll also be pouring their iconic cuvées—Waiting for Tom Weiss, a deeply textured white blend balancing lush orchard fruit with a tense, salty minerality; and Waiting for Tom Rosé, a vibrant, savory pour with real structure and a spicy, lingering finish.
