Eyes closed, you’d think you are smelling a lemon pie with its shortbread and lemon curd in a fancy Parisian bakery. The palate is a perfect alliance of lemon peel’s bitterness, the perfume of white flowers, the character of local herbs and the laser sharp minerality of France’s wildest terroir.
The endless finish, some serious 15 seconds, will wow you a couple of times and will call for another sip and another bottle.

NVB is a blend harvested in small crates. Direct press, spontaneous fermentation in 500L & 600L barriques. Aged on its lees without stirring for 6 months. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration.
