Torlit is a thirst-quenching grenache blend that has the kick of a
freshly-pressed juice made of white peach, lime, lychee, rose petals and
50% Grenache blanc/50% Grenache gris. Under 10mg/S02.
Whole bunches. 1 day fermentation then lightly pressed. The bunches are
selected and destemmed.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast occurred at 18°C
temperature. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
