From a single high-altitude vineyard over 700 meters up in the mountains of Campo de Borja, Barba Blanca 2023 is a biodynamically grown Macabeo that shows both elegance and depth. Grown in calcareous clay soils and harvested by hand, this wine is a soulful expression of place and variety.
Pale lemon in color, the nose bursts with white flowers, lemongrass, jasmine, and pear blossom—lifted and aromatic. Underneath, layers of poached pear, ripe nectarine, fig, and a hint of tropical fruit unfold.
