In German Pfalz Theo Minges is leading from the late 70’s one of the most prominent wineries in the region. Always committed to traditional winemaking and after his daughter Regine joined the venture, they pushed even deeper into low intervention wine making.
Skin contact wine with intensive salmon colour.
Fruity aromas of ripe peach, melon and red berries, framed with rosehip, kirsch and strawberry crush.
The palate is dry with medium acidity and delicate tannins.
Flavours characteristics in very good balance, intense and dominated by a primary fruity sensation. Cranberry and cherry with a vanilla and resinous underlayer.
Wine with great length and sensational ripe red apples on the krystal clear finish.
For macerated Pinot Grigio/Gris/Sivi lovers this wine will be a joyful revelation.
