You will get to know Marianne, driving force behind the winery, who will share the story, their philosophy and their passion for natural wine making.
The creative chef of Polly Goudvisch prepares a five-course menu, featuring dishes that complement the wines perfectly. The exclusive event costs € per person, covering the five-course dinner paired with 5 premium natural Alsatian wines.
The dinner runs from 7 pm to 9.30 pm, but feel free to walk in from 6.30 pm for an introduction to the winery with a glass of splashing Petnat Casimir. And don’t miss the after party, where you can rock out to some hard music, sip some more wine and have a good time!
Polly is very easy to reach by metro and ferry. We have our own private space on the first floor, a spacious balcony to hang out and a great view over Amsterdam.
