Deep amber colour implies the wine’s complexity immediately at first sight.
The aroma is dominated by orange peel as well as dry Mediterranean herbs with intriguing notes of green tea and honey, escalating to nectarine, lychee and dry mango.
Full-bodied, layered palate with a remarkable texture, fine tame tannins and interlaced aromas of citrus fruit, warm oriental spices and gunpowder minerality.
6-days macerated Traminer from location Banoštor on the mountain Fruška Gora in northern Serbia.
The vineyard faces south-west and is situated near the river Danube.
Spontaneous fermentation on wild yeasts, aged in 500L old oak barrels for 12 months.
