Gift Card, how does it work?

Gift Cards purchased on our website can be used only for webshop orders and are valid for 1 year. In our bottle shop Craft Wine, Frans Halsstraat 35 in Amsterdam, we also offer Gift Cards, to be used only for purchase in the store itself. For any special wishes or package- and message requests feel free to contact us.

Same Day Delivery, how does it work?

Same Day Delivery applies only for Amsterdam, to the zip codes 1000** – 1171**
Orders placed before 15:00 Thursday – Sunday are delivered the same day.
The maximum order is 12 bottles 0,75L.
Price is 7,00
Orders received after 15:00 will be sent the next working day.

How long will delivery take?

For orders placed via the website before 13 hrs, the standard delivery in NL, B and GER is within two (2) working days (not on Sundays and Holidays). We will however do our upmost best to deliver as quickly as possible. Speed delivery is an option, please contact us to agree on the possibilities, extra costs could be charged in some cases.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Data that you provide to us via our website will be treated confidentially. The data that you provide to us upon registration is recorded in our customer base. If you place orders via the site, we register these orders by name. Your data will not be made available to third parties, unless this is necessary to process your order. Third parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

All transfer between your computer and our server are SSL encrypted.

Your data are used for the following service:
a. When you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number to process your order. Go Good uses this information for the execution of your order and, if necessary, to contact you.

Storing your data has the advantage for you as a customer that, for example, we can make offers to you right away, based on your own preference as shown by your previous purchase data.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will receive confirmation of your order. Go Good takes care of careful packaging. As soon as the package is delivered at PostNL Flespakket you will receive the track&trace code in order to follow your sending.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will automatically receive the invoice through our webshop. For any special requirements on your invoice please contact us via email and we will add the necessary information.
