The vineyards of “Les Coères” cover a substantial 34 hectares within the Montagny appellation. Situated on a plateau and gently sloping hillsides, these vines bask in the ideal exposure of East/South-East and North. The soil diversity and 60-year-old vines here contribute to the creation of exquisite, finely balanced wine.
The winemaking process involves whole-cluster pressing followed by complete fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels, 40% of which are new. The wine matures gracefully on fine lees for 12 months.
The nose opens with a delightful bouquet of white fruits, vanilla, and a touch of hazelnut. Hints of pastry add to the aromatic complexity. The palate is generous and complex.

The wine culminates in a long mineral finish that lingers beautifully.
