Harvest: Harvested at the end of August
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation for a period of 21 days in large acacia wooden barrels of 1000 to 2000 liters with subsequent maturation in acacia wooden barrels
Wood ageing: 6 months aging on large acacia wood barrels of 1000 liters
Taste impression: Refreshing notes of citrus, pear and white peach. Full body and fine structure in the taste with a good balance between fruit and acids. Long aftertaste.
