The idea for this wine is to combine two different characters with equivalent complexity and power. Both grapes are blended from the vatting, which lasts between 10 and 15 days.
The juice is left to infuse until a balanced structure is obtained. The wine is powerful, expressing fruity notes typical for both grape varieties.
The structure endowed with fine tannins is perfectly balanced by great freshness while the finish is marked by surprising salinity.
