From the first inhale, this Crémant d’Alsace takes you on a trip.

It’s a swirling dreamscape of floral and fruity notes from Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois, wrapped in the ethereal minerality of Riesling, while Chardonnay brings hints of apple and citrus zest.

On the palate, this sparkling wine is pure magic, a rave of grace and passion. The bubbles are fine and persistent, creating a velvety texture that glides smoothly.
There’s a touch of butter, yet it keeps a crisp edge. Each grape variety plays its part, revealing layers of stone fruit, lemon curd, and a whisper of brioche.

The finish is a beautiful, hypnotic fade-out, clean and lingering, leaving a trace of pure fruit and a subtle almond note.
