White wine with short skin contact, fresh and expressive.
Vortex of elderflower, hay and white fruit on the nose.
Generous acidity and notes of green apple and lemon.
It is great as an aperitif or companion to asparagus, ceviche, white fish, pork or Austrian Käsekrainer.
