A daring choice by the winemaker to favour a Pinot Blanc grape variety rather than the classic Chardonnay found mainly in Burgundy.
Marked by an intense freshness, the bouquet reveals a fragrance with notes of citrus and fresh fruit. In the mouth, very nice persistence with saline, mineral notes punctuated with touches of grapefruit aromas. Excellent cuvée that we will not hesitate for a moment to associate with a dish made up of scallops.
