Natural 3-days macerated white wine, from location Banostor on the Fruska Gora, Serbia. The vineyard facing north-west and situated near the river Danube. Grapes are hand harvested on the 21. August and they underwent three days maceration on low temperature. The fermentation was spontaneous on wild yeasts and aging for six months on new Hungarian light barriques. Natural unfiltered wine with low sulphur content.
Powerful copper-red colour of the summertime sunset… Its bouquet offers the notes of hibiscus, briar jam and red plums, followed by emerging aromas of ripe cherry and wild strawberry. On the palate it feels rounded, luscious and soft, with a light bite of noble tannins.
