A Pinot Grigio out of any scheme, but which conquers at the first taste. Red fruits, hints of woods and limestone in a dress of fine tannins that give freshness and length in the mouth. A wine that goes well with many foods and invites to stay in good company. Average production approx. 2000 bottles / year.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts in large wooden barrels. Macerated for up to 5 days. Ageing on lees in large oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled without filtration.
