Having inherited an already chemical-free vineyard from her family, it is no surprise that winemaker Iole Rabasco sticks to a strict ‘zero zero’ attitude in winemaking. Her style is one of energy and freshness and she is well capable of making unique and very interesting wines from Abruzzo’s flagship, the Montepulciano grape. Light, bright and reminiscent of Italian Cherry Ice Cream the red and rosé are juicy and fruity, while the whites are fresh and citrusy.
