Ribolla Gialla 2015 by Franco Terpin is an orange wine with a challenging and intense profile.
It was released after three years in maturation chambers.
At first one year in oak barrels followed by a year in stainless steel tanks and finally one more year in the bottle before discharge.
Golden yellow color with orange nuance.
Salty whiff, dried apricot, hay and chestnut honey. Smoothly resinous with traces of aged balsamic.
The faint floral aromatic profile is holding the tension between dried fruit and citrus zest in perfect balance.
Rich, long and labyrinthine finish.

Vintage 2015 made its introduction in the Netherlands just a few months ago.
