This Champagne extra brut tradition is fresh and very pleasant. The nose of citrus fruits and peach, white fruit, honey and almonds. Freshness and minerality stand out and it has an excellent finish of warm and salty biscuits. The wine was 10 months in foudres and aged for 3 years on the lees in the bottle.
As aperitif; pairing with raw fish and sushi; for rich appetisers and exquisite diners.
