It’s amazing how Franco Terpin meneges color extraction, alcohol content and fine grained tannins in this wine.
Grapes coming from 70 years old Sialis vineyard. 14 days of maceration and aging for a year in oak barrels and one more year in an inox vessel before bottling.
Bouquet is a blend of red fruit, ripe raspberries, dry mediterranean herbs and some tender earthy tones.
On the palette, pleasant citrus fruit, white peach and pronounced herbal tones.
Long mineral finish with precise tannins and touch of spicy resinous aftertaste.
