Champagne Grande Réserve brut from Andre Clouet has aromas and tasting notes of apple, white peach, raspberries, toast and brioche. This Champagne is very suitable as an aperitif and, fruity and creamy, also delicious with various fish dishes and salads.
André Clouet founded the Champagne house in 1741. Today Jean-François Clouet has 7 hectares of vineyards located in the Grand Cru villages of Bouzy and Ambonnay, with mainly Pinot Noir vines planted. The style is distinguished by a deep fruity character and a creamy aftertaste. The grapes are picked by hand and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Before the wine is bottled, it goes for several months in used French oak barrels. The Champagne matures at least for 4 years in the bottle on the lees, in the underground cellars of Jean-François Clouet.
