Matic Wines – Yellow Muscat 2023

Tasting Notes:
The wine has a lovely aroma of honeysuckle and tropical fruits. On the palate completely dry and boasts big citrus notes along with hints of green apples and a light floral sensation. Wonderful accents of nutmeg, grapefruit and herbs complemented by a slight tannic grip. Still mineral and fresh with savoury undertone.

Vinification:
The grapes are selectively hand-harvested in the early morning, destemmed and left for 14 to 21 days on the grape skins. Then gently pressed and transferred to steel tanks, where natural fermentation is started using native yeast. The wine is aged in stainless steel on fine lees for six months before being carefully hand-bottled with love, care and attention.
