Grape variety: Blend of scheurebe, grüner veltliner, neuburger, weissburgunder and welschriesling
Vineyard: ‘Seewinkelschotter’ with gravelly soil
Harvest: Harvested manually in early September
Vinification: Two days of maceration on the skins, followed by gentle crushing and then fermentation in wooden casks
Wood ageing: Six months aging in large used casks (oak wood) of 2000 liters
Taste impression: Refreshing notes, slightly peppery, sweet fruit, hazelnut, peach. Good depth and playful character
