Mammamia 2023 is an exceptional example of Sémillon at its finest. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully vinified in 500L oak barrels, with a final refinement in sandstone amphorae. The result is a wine with a complex aromatic bouquet, blending the vibrant scents of mandarin, orange, apple, and grape with herbal hints of thyme, mint, and anise. A gentle touch of oak imparts a delicate resinous character, enhancing the wine’s aromatic depth. On the palate, it is dry and mineral-rich, showcasing ripe white fruit flavors that are perfectly balanced. A subtle savory, saline note adds a layer of intrigue, culminating in a refreshingly long finish.
