Grape variety: Blend of 90% Gewürztraminer and 10% Gelber Traminer
Harvest: Harvested manually in early September
Vinification: 8 to 10 days of skin maceration followed by gentle pressing and aging in wooden barrels
Wood ageing: 8 months aging in used barriques
Taste impression: Delicate traminer bouquet of roses and flowers – with very ripe fruit on the nose, but very elegant, smooth and fresh on the palate, nice acidity, elegant tannins and a long finish.
