Mas des Colibris – Clair de Lune.
Super fresh, mineral, astonishing Chardonnay from Languedoc.
Sagmeister – Kanias Furmint.
Single vineyard, single barrel. Luxurious, round and full. Advanced level of Furmint game.
Maceration white AKA Orange:
Bikicki Uncensored – Elegant wine with etheric character and gunpowder minerality, followed by tones of a dried orange peel and dry Mediterranean herbs.
Muller-Koeberle – Langeberg Pinot Gris.
Pushing the boundaries of Pinot Gris perception, this is the one! With every sip you’ll be pulled deeper in a hypnotic sensory adventure.
Red:
Mas des Colibris – Ròc.
75-year-old Carignan vines.
Deep red wine aged for 12 months in old oak barrels. Fruitiness of black cherry, fig, prune combined with herbal freshness. Well integrated silky tannins and raspberries on a long long aftertaste.
Domaine Les Carmels – Les Vendanges
A focused, precise, mouthwatering, classic Bordeaux? Here we are! A blend of Merlot & Cabernet Franc. Les Vendanges is a complex and characterful wine, rich but vibrant with great texture and astonishing flavor.
